The DYMON Call Centre Manager (the DCC Manager) is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the DYMON Call Centre team in a manner that consistently achieves established targets and service standards, and produces timely and accurate responses and resolutions to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of prospective and existing customers. The DCC Manager ensures that all customer touchpoints via telephone, email, live chat and social media channels related to sales/leasing, satisfaction surveys, scheduling and account collections and are handled professionally and in accordance with DYMON standards for exceptional service.

As a Store Associate, you will be a front line customer service representative for Dymon Storage, with responsibilities for sales, administration, maintenance, the professional delivery of exceptional customer experiences and the ongoing promotion of the Dymon brand. You have great communication skills in person and on the telephone, preferably in English and French. You are proficient in the use of a computer. You have previous retail experience and a proven track record in sales. Your personal accomplishments include commendations for customer service excellence, reliability and dedication.


You love driving trucks! As a Driver, you will be a front line customer service representative for Dymon Storage, responsible for the drop-off and pick-up of Dymon trucks at designated locations, and the ongoing promotion of the Dymon brand. Between deliveries you will assist with some of the duties of a Store Associate as described above. You have great communication skills in person and on the telephone, preferably in English and French. You hold a valid Ontario Drivers License. You are familiar with Ottawa and surrounding areas but can operate a GPS device when necessary. Your personal accomplishments also include recognition for customer service excellence, reliability and dedication.

Construction Foreman

Position Description: We are looking for a competent Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference for workers, you will be a key person for the completion of a project. A construction foreman has a solid background in the field. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else. This position will report to the Site Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
  • Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
  • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
  • Resolve problems when they arise
  • Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of work orders prior to handing them out and make sure that time efficiency is taken into account
  • Ensure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew and everything is in proper order and state of maintenance

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience as construction foreman
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and guidelines
  • Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Aptitude in math
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Good physical condition and stamina

Physical Demands & Environment:

  • The Assistant Construction Superintendent will be required to spend a significant amount of time on construction sites in a variety of weather conditions
  • This position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - safety vest, hard hat and safety boots.
